How long will it take for my purchase to get to me?
Processing orders may take up to one full business day. We will send you an email with the estimated delivery date for you order. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground services unless otherwise requested. Most orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days.
What should I do if I find better prices somewhere else?
Contact us via e-mail info@calienteautomotive.com and send us a link to the place where you found a better price. Be specific in regards to the exact product you are referring to and the price found. We will look at your submission and determine if we can meet or beat the price and send you an email promptly.
How can I get pictures of my car on www.calienteautomotive.com?
Go to the Client & Project Cars section of our site to view cars already loaded and to add your car. Fill in the basic information and include up to 4 pictures of you car. If you have any questions or require additional help send us an e-mail to info@calienteautomotive.com. We do not offer compensation for use of your images.
What should I do if I do not see the product I want?
E-mail us with your request. Chances are we already have access to the product you desire. Additionally, we are continuously adding new products and manufacturers to our online store. We will make every effort to be your one stop shop so if we don't have something you are looking for we make efforts to find the product for you.
How do I view a list of the current Manufacturers you carry?
You can access the manufacturer list by clicking on Manufacturers button located in the lower menu. Once the manufacturer logos are displayed you may click on the manufacturer of interest to display all the products available by that manufacturer.
